A week flashes by rapidly in the world of crowdlending. 168 hours. 10,080 minutes. Or 600,800 seconds. That’s why we’re pleased let you know about the latest developments on LendingCrowd’s loan market.
Sortmypc is ready to invest in…
Fresh out of the LendingCrowd box this week is sortmypc, an agile PC repair company that can be invested in* until Monday 2nd March. The Edinburgh-based firm is seeking investors to invest in its business via crowdlending so it can continue delivering exceptional products and services to small businesses and domestic clients. See Sortmypc Ltd on our loan market. It is looking to fund the appointment of a new sales person, an engineer and a developer – as well as a new customer relationship management system and a new vehicle.

Keeping your investments fit on a gym equipment supplier
Welsh gym equipment supplier, Thunder Road Leisure, is still available, but be quick because it closes on Monday 16th February. Investors can invest in the business now to help it achieve its target of £65,000 for new spin bikes. As the sole provider of equipment for the re-brand, once completed, the facility will act as a show piece for Thunder Road, with a potential 50 other locations to be re-branded under the client’s name.
So what other developments have there been at LendingCrowd towers?
Also this week, we’re pleased to announce our new Loan Exchange. Sign in to view it when it goes live – and read our terms and conditions here. It will allow you to begin earning interest immediately when you buy parts of existing loans from other investors. You can browse parts of loans up for sale and then choose the loan parts that you wish to purchase.
And you get quicker access to loans rather than having to wait for a period of time for a loan to be accepted.
The Loan Exchange allows investors to sell and buy loan parts. An investor can put loan parts, investments, in his or her possession up for sale and, in doing so, the loan part will appear in the exchange.
Watch this space for further developments…
Oh, and don’t forget our new contenders that will go on the LendingCrowd loan market over the next week.
And remember, sortmypc is ready for investors…
