At LendingCrowd, our goal is to enrich people’s lives and support them to achieve their ambitions.
We do this by matching investors to borrowers on our proprietary fintech platform. We fund the ambitions of small businesses, allowing them to grow and achieve their dreams. Lenders see strong returns, helping them do more with their money, whether it’s improving their own lives or those of friends and family around them. For our most important people, our employees, we can support them to grow as the company grows, developing and nurturing skills that will help them for years to come. A “do the right thing” attitude allows us to challenge conventional business practice and act with openness and transparency, in the best interests of clients, stakeholders and employees alike.
In the last five years we’ve helped 900 small businesses borrow over £78m, delivering strong returns to thousands of investors in the process – all driven by our award-winning tech platform. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built, but we’re only at the beginning. That’s where you come in!
Joining LendingCrowd will give you the opportunity to operate in the fast-growing, dynamic market of fintech lending and you will be helping to grow the business by developing new products in the latest technologies, enriching your career and experience.

On a day-to-day basis, this will mean that you will:
- launch new financial products for our customers
